You’ll Need:

1 container jasmine rice 

1/2 container chicken stock 

3 tablespoons decreased sodium soy sauce 

1 tablespoon fish sauce 

1/2 tablespoons light dark colored sugar 

1/2 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar 

2 tablespoons vegetable oil 

3 cloves garlic, minced 

2 shallots, daintily cut 

1 red Thai stew pepper, daintily cut 

1/4 pounds ground chicken bosom 

1/2 containers stuffed new basil leaves

How to Make:


  1. Cook rice as per bundle directions; put aside. 
  2. In a little bowl, whisk together chicken stock, soy sauce, angle sauce, dark colored sugar and vinegar; put aside. 
  3. Warmth vegetable oil in a huge skillet over medium warmth. Include garlic, shallots and bean stew pepper. Cook, mixing much of the time, until fragrant, around 1-2 minutes. 
  4. Include ground chicken and cook until carmelized, around 3-5 minutes, making a point to disintegrate the chicken as it cooks; deplete abundance fat. 
  5. Blend in stock blend and cook, mixing always, until the sauce has thickened, around 2-3 minutes. Mix in basil until simply shriveled, around 30 seconds. 
  6. Partition rice into dishes. Top with chicken mixture.* 
  7. Serve quickly.
